I’ve always enjoyed yoga, but I struggled with consistency because my mind tends to wander and I found it hard to stay focused during class—until I met Debbie. Her classes are truly incredible. She challenges me in the best way, and the time flies by. I actually look forward to every session. Debbie is such an amazing teacher! she’s the only one I happily drive 40 minutes for, just to practice with her. Her flows are creative, intuitive, and always leave me feeling both grounded and energized. No. All classes are open to all levels and variations are offered throughout the practice. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Depending on the location, we may provide equipment, but we encourage you to bring a yoga mat, water and an open mind.
